When making the order, you can select “If I’m not home, leave it at door.”, to instruct our drivers to leave the meals at the door. Please ensure that our drivers have access to your unit for delivery or to leave the carrier bag at your door.

We advise that you retrieve the carrier bags immediately and place them into your freezer to prevent food spoilage. Alternatively, you may leave a cooler bag/freezer box outside your door and label it "BOM BOM" for our drivers to deposit the carrier bags in your absence. You agree that BOM BOM will not be liable for food spoilage if the food has not been received and stored appropriately in the freezer upon delivery.

When the food is delivered to you, the core temperature of the meals are sub-zero. As an estimate, it may take 2-3 hours for the meals to thaw completely if left in the carrier bag. If left in a freezer box, the thawing time can be extended by another 1-2 hours. During this period, there should be no bacterial build-up as bacteria can only grow above 4°C.
