What if I’m not home for my delivery?

Please ensure that our drivers have access to your unit for delivery or to leave the carrier bag at your door.

In cases where the driver is unable to leave the meals due to unforeseen circumstance, and the drivers are unable to contact you, BOM BOM may have to return your order to our premises’ freezers for hygiene purposes.

In such cases, our support team will follow up with you to reschedule the delivery or arrange an alternative solution. Kindly note that a re-delivery fee of S$17.00 may be imposed.

You may leave a cooler bag/box outside your door and clearly label it "BOM BOM" for our drivers to deposit the delivery in your absence. You agree that BOM BOM will not be liable for food spoilage if the food has not been received and stored promptly in the freezer upon delivery.


- Consent not given

If no one is at home to receive the delivery or our drivers are unable to contact you, BOM BOM will return your order to our premises’ freezers for hygiene purposes. You may message BB Support to arrange for a re-delivery.

Kindly note that a re-delivery fee of S$17.00 will be imposed and is subject to the next available delivery slot for your area. If no re-delivery arrangements are made within 30 days, BOM BOM reserves the right to dispose of the food.
