If no one is at home to receive the delivery or our drivers are not able to access your unit’s floor, BOM BOM will return your order to our premises’ freezers for hygiene purposes. You may message BB Support to arrange for a re-delivery. Kindly note that a re-delivery fee of S$17.00 will be imposed and is subject to the next available delivery slot for your area. If no re-delivery arrangements are made within 30 days, BOM BOM reserves the right to dispose of the food.
