BOM BOM will aim to deliver within your selected time slot. You can refer to the email confirmation sent for your last order. It contains the scheduled delivery date and time which you have selected.

If for any unforeseen reason, our delivery vehicles are delayed, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity by phone and/or SMS and make alternative arrangements to get your pet’s meals to you ASAP.
