If your pet is underweight, when ordering your pet's meals please enter your pet's actual weight and select ‘Thin’ under Body Condition. With every subsequent order placed, you may continue to gradually increase that weight value until your pet reaches a desirable weight/body structure.
The converse is true if your pet is overweight i.e. start with entering your pet's actual weight and select "Overweight" under Body Condition.
