If your pet is underweight, you may enter a weight value that is 10% higher than the actual weight and select the ‘Increase Weight Goal’ portion. With every new order placed, you may continue to gradually increase that weight value until your pet reaches a desirable weight/body structure. The converse is true if your pet is overweight i.e. start with entering a weight value 10% lower than actual weight. For further assistance, please message BB Support.
