Your pet’s weight and age is important in determining the correct portion size. If you are unable to provide an accurate weight or date of birth for your pet, the closest estimate will suffice. We urge customers who want a precise BOM BOM portioning experience, to update their pets' accurate weight value once every fortnight (especially in the case of puppies who grow extremely quickly). We will also send out occasional reminders for you to update your pet’s weight.
