To navigate BOM BOM IQ, you may follow the steps below:

1. Access BOM BOM IQ: Click on the BOM BOM IQ feature under your pet’s profile. The summary will display how many nutrients fall below the Minimum Requirement (MR), how many are within the Recommended Allowance (RA), and how many exceed the Safe Upper Limit (SUL).

2. Select a Nutrient: Choose the specific nutrient you wish to review.

3. View Nutritional Information: A meter will display the nutrient content per 100g of Edible Portion. You can review whether the nutrient content meets the Minimum Requirement (MR) and Recommended Allowance (RA), or if it exceeds the Safe Upper Limit (SUL).

4. Check Recommendations: If the nutrient level is below the NRC Minimum Requirement (MR), below the NRC Recommended Allowance (RA), or above the NRC Safe Upper Limit (SUL), the system will display recommendations accordingly, in order to further optimise your pet's diet.

5. Add Add-Ons: Select any Add-Ons you would like to purchase and click “Add to Next Order.” Be sure to avoid items your pet is allergic to and trial only one new item at a time. Feeding guidance will be included on the Add-On pack label for your reference.

6. Add Meal Balancers: Select the Meal Balancers you want to include in your pet’s next order and click “Add to Next Order.”

7. Follow Exclusion Guidelines: Meat, bones and offals are the foundation of our pets' nutritional intake. Include these in your pet's meals unless instructed otherwise by our Nutrition team.
