The bone paste included in BOM BOM’s sous-vide meals is safe to consume.
BOM BOM’s ground bones paste goes through several stages of processing for pets to consume and digest safely. Our Sous Vide meals are cooked at a low temperature so that the bone matrix remains highly digestible and rubbery and it does not denature to a sharp brittle and texture.
It is important to never feed cooked WHOLE bones as whole bones are prone to splintering, leaving very sharp edges that could easily cause damage to your pet's digestive tract.
