Bacteria like Salmonella and E.Coli can come from any food type, including processed food. Exceeding AVS licensing requirements, BOM BOM places great emphasis on safe food handling and every batch of food has passed stringent laboratory tests to ensure food hygiene and quality. Bacteria can only multiply under suitable conditions above 4ºC. When handling your pet’s food, simple hygiene practices such as sanitising of hands, food utensils, and kitchen surfaces after touching food, should be adhered to. It is crucial to store food securely below 4ºC if not being fed.
